Jacqueline Holloway, former Director of the Department of Business License, an appointed public official for Clark County Nevada. She was responsible for the issuance and regulation of liquor, gaming and all other business licenses in unincorporated Clark County, which include the Las Vegas Strip. She is also responsible for film and special event permits, business development, investigations, compliance and code enforcement.​​

Further, she oversaw the negotiation and regulation of franchises, utilities and public right-of-way agreements. Her department generated over $600 million in revenue and audits more than $20 billion dollars of gross revenues in the Liquor, Gaming and Tax arena.​

She is active in community affairs. Ms. Holloway holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Urban Studies. She is striving for a Doctoral in Law and Public Policy.​
